Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.

  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Provide information about our services and products to customers.

Qualifications
