Patton Ford

Owner/Operator
Patton has been in the skilled trades for 12 years and has been with Ford Plumbing & Air for 9 years. A Ridgeland native, he graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Business and later earned an associate degree in Plumbing Construction Technology from Hinds Community College. Patton enjoys improving the company’s operations and building systems that help the team better serve customers. He couldn’t live without his planner and Google Calendar, and he’s grateful to share life with his beautiful wife and their four children.
Elizabeth Ford

Finance/HR Manager
Elizabeth is a CPA who spent a decade in public accounting before officially joining Ford Plumbing and Air full-time. While she’s been involved behind the scenes since day one, she recently stepped into a full-time role with the company. Her favorite tool? ChatGPT! Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Elizabeth now calls Mississippi home—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Crockett Ford

Service Manager
Crockett brings nearly 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry and 2 years in HVAC and is committed to ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and a lasting solution. He takes pride in working alongside a team that shares that same standard of excellence. Outside of work, Crockett and his wife are proud parents of four and call Ridgeland home, where they are active members of Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him in the garden or tending to his chickens.
Victoria Eldridge

Customer Experience and Call Operations Manager

Victoria serves as the Customer Experience and Call Operations Manager at Ford Plumbing & Air, where she oversees customer service operations and ensures every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to exceptional care. A Madison native, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Mississippi State University and brings more than 10 years of experience in operations and administrative leadership to the team. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, Victoria works to keep the customer experience seamless and the customer service team running at its best. Victoria and her husband are proud to call Madison home, where they are raising their two children. She is an active PTO board member at her children’s school and is passionate about serving her community with the same dedication and care she brings to her role at Ford Plumbing & Air.
Chance Williams

Project Coordinator

Chance Williams serves as the Project Coordinator at Ford Plumbing & Air, where he oversees commercial projects, large-scale plumbing installations, under-slab sewer repairs, and major remodeling work from planning through completion. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University and brings a background in manufacturing, along with more than two and a half years of experience in the plumbing industry specializing in industrial and commercial systems. Since joining Ford Plumbing & Air, Chance has focused on coordinating complex projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife, Mallory, and their Basset Hound, Milo.
Jack Morgan

Install Coordinator

Jack serves as the Install Coordinator and Apprenticeship Director at Ford Plumbing & Air. He began his career in the plumbing trade in May 2022, completing his apprenticeship and earning his role as a Lead Plumbing Technician. After several years of hands-on field experience, Jack transitioned into his current position in the summer of 2026, where he oversees installation operations and helps develop the next generation of skilled plumbers through the company’s apprenticeship program. His firsthand industry experience and passion for training make him a valuable resource for both customers and team members.
Clay Thompson

Warehouse Coordinator

Clayton serves as the Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator at Ford Plumbing & Air, where he oversees inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, and the coordination of materials and equipment for the team. Prior to joining Ford, Clayton spent seven years in the retail industry, holding several management positions that provided valuable experience in inventory management, organization, and daily operations. In his current role, he focuses on maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse while ensuring technicians have the materials and equipment they need to serve customers effectively.
