    Joshua has been in the trade industry for 8 years and has spent almost 3 of those at Ford Plumbing and Air. He takes pride in delivering quality work he can stand behind. His go-to tool is the oscillating saw, and a fun fact—he’s the 8th of 10 siblings!

    Luke has a little over a year in the trade industry and recently returned to the field after earning his bachelor’s degree. He's been at Ford Plumbing and Air for about 2 months. He takes pride in helping customers turn houses into homes and can’t do without his channel locks. Fun fact: he’s a direct descendant of Spanish immigrants.

    Elizabeth is a CPA who spent a decade in public accounting before officially joining Ford Plumbing and Air full time. While she’s been involved behind the scenes since day one, she recently stepped into a full-time role with the company. Her favorite tool? ChatGPT! Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Elizabeth now calls Mississippi home—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • Mark Bowman

    HVAC Truck Lead

    Mark has been working in HVAC since the mid-1980s, starting out in installation and eventually running his own business. With decades of experience under his belt, he finds the most joy in making homes more comfortable and helping customers get the best performance and efficiency out of their systems. A group fitness instructor since the 1990s, Mark has also balanced his career in HVAC with ministry work over the last 25 years. He joined Ford Plumbing and Air in December 2024.

    Hartley enjoys helping customers when they need it most and takes pride in leaving them happy and satisfied. He’s been in the trade industry for about two years and joined Ford Plumbing and Air in August 2024. His go-to tool is an oscillating tool, and a fun fact—he has a twin brother!

    Nikolai has been with Ford Plumbing and Air for two years and has been in the trade industry just as long. He enjoys the opportunity to improve customers' quality of life through his work. His favorite tool is an adjustable wrench, and in his free time, he enjoys diving into history.

    Kimbal brings 63 years of experience in the trade industry and has proudly been part of the Ford Plumbing and Air team for the past 2 years. His go-to tool is his phone, and when he’s off the job, you’ll likely find him savoring some good Mexican food or catching the action at the Talladega racetrack.

    With 15 years of trade experience, Ben loves being the one who can fix problems for customers. He’s been part of the Ford Plumbing and Air team for a year. His essential tool is a pair of channel locks, and when he’s not working, he enjoys fishing.

    With over 40 years of experience serving customers across various industries, Debbie has spent the last two years bringing that same care and dedication to the plumbing trade. At Ford Plumbing and Air, she enjoys being able to assist customers and help solve their plumbing issues. A fan of fitness, Debbie relies on her Fitbit to track her steps and loves working out. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family—especially with her grandson, Storey.

    Gabby has been part of the Ford Plumbing and Air team for a year and a half, where she enjoys simply being able to help however she can. Armed with her phone, iPad, and trusty water bottle, she stays ready for anything the day brings. Gabby has a degree in Journalism and a passion for fitness—she loves working out and bringing that same energy and drive to her work.
